Oscar nominated actress Anne Hathaway sure has a great sense of humour as the actress is laughing off her break up with conman Raffaello Follieri by playing a crooked clown&aposs girlfriend on screen.

The' Rachel getting Married & aposstar will be seen playing the love interest of' Krusty- the Clown&aposin the hit animated series&aposThe Simpsons & apos.

In an upcoming episode, her character testifies in court on behalf of her wrongly-accused boyfriend.

Hathaway real-life ex, Italian businessman Follieri, is currently serving a prison term in Pennsylvania, US after pleading guilty to 14 counts of fraud.

The 26-year-old Hathaway is rumoured to be dating actor Adam Shulman after splitting from Follieri her boyfriend of four years.
